Thursday, May 18, 2017 there will be a seminar on kubaton (hand held stick) for whom are 13 years of age and older. It’s a free seminar to parents and anyone interested. You can borrow a kubaton or if you want to keep it the price is $10. Bring any of the old ones that you have purchased in the past for your own use, so that everything everyone has one.

Ladies Self Defence
On Thursday, April 20, 2017 there will the free annual ladies self defense class. Minimum participation age is 13 years.
Please wear loose fitting clothing (sweats), and remove all jewelry before class.
